Shave From Home | Schick Hydro

With COVID-19 forcing all non-essential businesses to close, barbers found themselves out-of-work and men found themselves in need of a shave. To save barbershops (and guy’s faces), Schick Hydro partnered with local barbers and influencers to launch a series of virtual grooming tutorials called SFH: Shave From Home.

With less than two weeks from client sell-in to launch, we transformed Schick Hydro’s Instagram page into a virtual barbershop, releasing daily grooming tutorials on IG Stories with proceeds going to the American Barbers Association. Thanks to local barbers and our suite of social assets, we provided guys with all the tips and tricks they needed to shave their #QuarantineBeards. We even got celebrity hairstylist Kyle Krieger and country music star Chris Lane to join the cause. In the end, we raised over $50,000 for barbershops across the country and helped get barbers and guys back to shaving.
